Terms of Service

PitchDawn is an AI-powered platform for practising client calls, interviews, and other professional conversations, with automated feedback and scoring. Features and availability may change over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use it to generate or submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; to attempt to breach security or access others’ data; to reverse engineer or overload the Service; or to resell it without our permission. We may apply automated safeguards and may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (requirements, documents, audio, transcripts). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service and provide your results, including transmitting it to the AI and voice providers that power your sessions. Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment processor on the terms shown at purchase. Credits are consumed as you use the Service. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by WilloDawn Labs and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Coaching, scores, and roleplay are generated by automated systems and are provided for practice only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. Use your own judgement.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilloDawn Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
